The Lagos State Police Command recovered uniforms with different ranks,
badges, belts, boots, cardigans, caps and force
numbers from suspects, who run a factory were police
uniforms and accessories are illegally manufactured
and sold inside the Police
College in Ikeja, among the suspect were two
nursing mothers, Vanguard reports.
While confirming the incident, the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, in the state, Dolapo Badmus explained that the arrest came on the heels of petitions to the Inspector-General of Police, IGP, Idris Ibrahim, who set up a panel of inquiry headed by a retired IG.
However, the suspects admitted to the claim during interrogation but did not mention names of their
patronisers.
