Amine Britel was outside his night club in Toulouse France on 29th October when the e-cigarette exploded. CCTV footage captured the moment when the cigarette caught fire and engulfed the victim in sparks and flames.
Britel suffered second degree burns according to local media and has reported the incident to the manufacturer of the device.
