Jungle justice....A young man beaten and roasted alive for stealing a pot of soup in Calabar

In the early hours of sunday 23 August 2015 around  Goldie street besides the Atu fence in Calabar, Cross River state capital. A young man was beaten and burnt to death by mobs  because they robbed a woman of her pot of soup in the company of two other accomplice.

The young man and two of his friends where attracted by the aroma of the soup the woman was warming in order to eat with her family before going for the morning mass at St Benard  Catholic church.
The robbery took place at no. 3 Mayne Avenue Extension  in Calabar south.

Unfortunately for him as he carried the pot of soup away the woman began to raise an alarm that woke people up and they chased after them.

His accomplice managed to escape but he could not because he wouldn't drop the pot of soup he was carrying. He was severely dealt with, cut with machete before he was roasted alive.

Do you think jungle justice should continue or be stopped.
