How to treat vagina odor

Vagina odor can be very displeasing and very embarrassing. It can be caused by different reasons such as  bacterial growth,  yeast infections, poor hygiene, sexually transmitted diseases and hormonal changes.

1. Garlic
Garlic as we all know is a natural antibiotic that can be great for dealing with every disease and Vagina odor is not an exception. It contains an anti-fungal properties that helps fight yeast infection and bad bacterial.

Directions:
1.Eat garlic in raw or cooked form on a daily basis. You can eat one or two raw garlic cloves on an empty stomach with a glass of warm odor. Or add it to your dishes and salads

2. You can also put a piece of garlic in the Vagina for one or two hours a few times a week until you gave rid of the Vagina odor.

2. Yogurt
Yogurt is rich in lactobacillus bacteria that helps fight  candida infection which is one of the most common cause of Vagina odor and restore the normal vaginal pH level and once the pH level is balanced the vaginal odor will be gone.

Directions:
1. Eat two cups of unsweetened plain yogurt daily and also take some probiotic supplements daily
2. You can also soak a tampon in plain yogurt and insert it into your body, leave it for about two hours and then wash off thoroughly with clean warm water after removing the tampo. Try this two times in a week until the odor stops

3. Baking Soda
Baking soda is another way to get rid of Vagina odor, it balances the pH level in the body and when the pH level is balance the odor dissipate

Directions:
1. Add one-half spoon of baking soda to your bathing water
2. Soak your lower body in it for 20 minutes
3. Dry yourself thoroughly with a clean towel.
This remedy will help fight a yeast infection and can help get rid of the odor quickly
