Peter Of PSQUARE Apologies To His Brothers

In an earlier post we brought to you what led to the fight between the dual and their elder brother. Peter took to his twitter page to apologize to his brothers.
Following a series of tweets where he called for the sack
of his elder brother as their manager, one half of the pop
duo, Psquare, Peter Okoye has apologized for his
outburts against his brothers, Paul and Jude Okoye.
Peter’s apologize which he tendered via his twitter page
came as  his twin brother, Paul Okoye has declared his
support for their elder brother.
He shared a photo of Psquare and Jude Okoye and wrote,
“I am not perfect I make mistakes, and it hurts people.
But when I say sorry I mean it. I am so sorry for my
actions. I sincerely apologize.”
Before Peter tendered his apologize, Paul had shared a
photo collage of a throwback photo, on his instagram
account, declaring his support for Jude. The picture
showed Peter and Paul flanking a seated Jude on both
sides, now with Peter replaced by a photo of their studio
in the collage.
Peter had earlier in the week taken to his twitter account
to call for the sack of  their elder brother, Jude as their
manager, warning the general public about doing any P
Square related business with him.

Pastor Stabbs Wife To Death After He Wrote Out 10 Questions For Her

Detectives from the Edo state Police Command have
launched a manhunt for a certain pastor, Henry
Ojochunu Ekukpe, who was alleged to have stabbed his
wife, Patience, to death in the presence of their six
year-old baby, leaving a note containing ten questions
he allegedly expected his late wife to answer.
The runaway suspect, Vanguard gathered, is said to
pastor one of the branches of Mountain of Victory and
Fire Deliverance Ministry in Benin City.
Henry, who got married to his 29-year-old in 2014, has
been having issues that forced the deceased out of his
house months ago.
However, trouble started last Sunday when the pastor
reportedly invited the deceased for a dialogue
pretending that he wanted her back to the house.
When the deceased came, her husband was said to
have used a hidden knife to stab her in different parts of
her body and escaped from the area.
Police investigations revealed a note containing ten
questions the pastor left for his late wife to give
answers to.
Some of the questions contained in the notes were:

1.“Did you come to marry me because of money or for
who I am?
“In the first place, did you really come out with your
own full mind?
“Who gave you the order to pack your property away
from our home?
“Who is your adviser in this marriage that is polluting
your mind against me?
“Have we ever in life went to beg for food ever since we
got married?
“Has you mother ever brought food for us to eat one
day because of hunger?
“Have I not told you at the beginning that I hate
someone insulting me?
“You always pray that God should help you to eat the
fruit of your labour?
“So no man has the power to take one’s life but today
we are going together.
“So how do you feel now?” the pastor had written in the
note.

The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, PPRO,
Abiodun Osifo who confirmed the incident, assured that
the police will bring the pastor to book.
Osifo, who described the incident as “tragic and
barbaric”, vowed that the police would ensure the
culprit was arrested.

Unknown Disease Kills Over 20 Children In Lasgos

Residents of Otodo-Gbame Community in Ikate,
Lekki, Lagos State, are battling to save their
children from a vaccine preventable disease which
has claimed the lives of no fewer than 25 children
in the area.
Punch Metro learnt that the yet-to-be-identified
disease, which started in January 2016, has brought
panic to the predominantly Egun community, as
the affected children developed rashes similar to
measles, and usually died two to three days after.
Punch correspondent gathered that some families,
most of whom work as fishermen and fish sellers,
lost two to three children each while the disease
ravaged the area in January and first week of
February.
When Punch Metro visited the area on Monday, it
was learnt that health workers from the Eti-Osa
Local Government Area had visited the community
last Wednesday and had started immunisation for
children.
Punch correspondent learnt that two children,
however, died in the presence of the health
workers while the immunisation was being
administered.
Speaking with Punch Metro , a woman, Anago
Benedict, who lost three of her children to the
disease, and gave their names as Taiye, Kehinde
and Jisine, said apart from the rashes on their
bodies, they also vomited blood before they died.
She said, “My children fell sick in the first week of
February. The disease is ravaging our area, and we
did not have anyone to run to.
“My children were killed by the disease. They were
vomiting blood. I did not know what name to call
the disease.”
Another woman, Stella Paul, who is the mother of
one of the two children that died on Wednesday,
said the girl was ill for only two days.
She said, “Her name was Esther. She was two years
old. She died on Wednesday in the presence of the
health workers. She was sick for only two days. I
have three children. Esther was the youngest.
Emmanuel is the first.”
Another resident, Atuku Daddy, who lost his niece,
Kehinde Petito, urged the government to provide
health care facilities in the community, as they
lacked any government hospital.
He said, “The girl was two years old. She died on
February 8. She was ill for just three days, and she
was rushed to the hospital, where she died.
“In the night, she could not sleep. Some of the
symptoms we saw were swollen private parts and
high temperature. We call it Ina oru. In the
afternoon, she would play, but in the evening, her
body would become hot.
“I work as a fisherman, and I was born in this
community. Nothing of such had happened in our
area before now. Our grandfathers usually told us
that there had not been any epidemic. But since
January, many children had died in our area from
the disease.
“A family lost up to three children to the disease.
That is why we appeal to the state government to
give us a hospital. Since the immunisation started
last Wednesday, the rate of contracting the disease
is getting minimal.”
Kehinde’s grandmother, Bose Petito, who works as
a cleaner in a private school in Lekki Phase 1, said,
“I have taken her twin brother for vaccination.
They also gave him drugs to use. The signs of the
disease are on him too, but they are not serious. It
was sad to lose her, but we are fine now. The
mother has gone to work.”
Punch correspondent also observed the rashes on
Taiye’s legs and stomach during the interview.
A resident, who identified himself only as Jonathan,
said the health workers collected the water and
food samples of the residents to find out the cause
of the disease.
Jonathan added that residents had raised the alarm
since January, but help did not come on time.
He said, “Between January and February 2016, we
had deaths of many children. They would have a
brief illness and they would die.
“So far in February, we have had about 20
children who died. When the health workers came,
they took our water and food samples to the
laboratory for tests, but I do not know what they
found out.
“We raised the alarm when these deaths started,
but no one came to our rescue. Since Wednesday,
people have been turning out for the
immunisation.”
However, the state Ministry of Health said it had
sent epidemiologists to the community to verify the
outbreak.
The ministry’s spokesperson, Mrs. Adeola Salako,
said the blood samples and other body fluids of
children with suspected cases had been collected
for examination.
She said, “An epidemiological investigation, led by
the state epidemiologists from the Ministry of
Health, commenced on Wesdnesday, February 10.
‘The investigation is meant to verify the assertions
and the cause of deaths through laboratory
investigation of water, throat swabs and blood
samples of children with suspected cases and to
proffer solutions.
“It is worthy of note that no further death has
been recorded since then.”

PSQUARE Fight Seriously In Public And Are At The Edge Of Splitting

Their fight is getting more serious as Peter accuses Jude and his twin Paul of doing business behind his back. Peter Okoye is all out for his brothers this time and it's
really getting messy between them...
"I have come to you several times to resolve issues
between us and with some family and friends but what
happen? #WhereYouBelong. On the 4th of Jan dis yr I
came to you and told your friend to excuse us I need to talk
to you and u insisted that you friend must be around.
2013 I told Jude he's no longer needed as our manager, he
agrees only for u (Paul) to come to me that if he is not our
manager then we should split! Where you belong because
you both where doing business behind me ? And I get to
find out?
Teampsquare pls help me ask my twin why he insisted that
everything we own must be shared equally with Jude.
Otherwise Psquare should split...
Teampsquare ask my twin brother why today him and Jude
owns squareville . And if that didn't happen Psquare would
have bin over 4yrs ago.
My bro I will still stand and fight for you because you and I
started this journey b4 Jude came onboard as our
manager. Fans and friends I totally agree with you that we
are grown ass men that we shouldn't be doin this. But you
guys deserve to know the truth .
I setup P-classic records 3 and half yrs ago. Was in the
studio with @cynthiamorgan1 working with her and u told
her to excuse us.
You then said you heard I wanted to sign
her. And then ask what will people be looking at Jude as if
I sign an artiste.
3 day later @cynthiamorgan1 returned my contract and
said Jude said me trying to sign her on a different label is
becoming a problem. But after 2 weeks she signed with
Jude .... My brother think am.
But let's not go deep.... I still stand my ground. He is fired !
Am still on the hashtag #NoBeByForce. Legal or no legal.
We don't owe him.. We don't even have a contract with
him. So it's all good. #NoBeByForce. I choose to be the
good, bad and the ugly of p2.
Say what ever you want to say. Need to save my second
half. Period #NoBeByForce.".....

Cheating is always a problem in family thingz...Peter
feels cheated but I think they can resolve this problem with themselves without splitting.
