2 People Killed and many others injured in Kubwa

Last week thursday 30th July 2015, at NNPC junction along Kubwa express way Abuja, a tipper fell and instantly resulted to the killing of two men directly under a public pedestrian bridge  and injured a score of others

According to an eyewitness the accident occurred about  8;am , the trailer lost control and when the driver tried to avoid hitting the FCT transport Service bus at the second gate axis of Kubwa.

The remains of the deceased have been deposited at  the Kubwa General Hospital and those with minor injuries have been attended to and have been  discharged from the Hospital

According to a Police source investigations had begun, to ascertain the real cause of the accident and the owner of the truck and will also lead to the discovering the identities of the deceased and their family members contacted immediately.

Meanwhile the driver of the truck is now in the police custody. Truck plate number  ABC 822 XJ
